Full body massage - £30
A full body massage including the back, legs, feet, arms, hands, shoulders, neck, face and scalp. This holistic treatment concentrates on rebalancing your body's energy and releasing stress. The ultimate way to relax and unwind easing tension from your body, leaving you completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Upper body massage - £20 A deep pressure massage which concentrates on relieving stress and tension in the back, neck and shoulders. Helps to soothe tight, sore muscles and relieve the build up of tension nodules, promoting a relaxed state of body and mind.
Natural face lift massage - £30
A thoroughly relaxing face and neck massage using massage techniques involving meridians, acupressure points and lymphatic drainage. This treatment gives facial muscles a lift and releases deep tensions. It is designed to work towards reversing and slowing down the ageing process by releasing the face from deep set expressions, freeing constrictions and helping restore a freshness to the face.
This treatment is recommended initally once a week for several weeks, followed if possible by monthly maintenance sessions. This is in order to retain new muscle tone and texture of skin.
Course of 4 treatments - £100 (save £20)
course of 6 treatments - £150 (save £30)
Reflexology - £30 A non invasive natural therapy that uses the feet as a map of the whole body. By manipulation and applying pressure to certain parts of the feet, the whole body can be re-tuned and brought back into balance. This is a relaxing treatment that also aims to enhance your energy.

Can't decide which treatment to have? Why not try a combination of massage/natural face lift massage and reflexology. The ultimate relaxation specifically designed to suit your individual needs (allow 1 and half hours).
Hopi ear candles - £28
A stimulating acupressure face massage, followed by the ear candle application and finishing with a mini facial massage. The gentle massaging effect on your ear can help alleviate anything from blocked sinuses to allergies, congestion, earache and inner ear imbalances. It also aids sleep, helps clear the mind and improve concentration and is a great de-stresser.
Pregnancy Massage - £30
A totally relaxing treatment, deisgned to help you feel at your best throughout your pregnancy. A non invasive, natural way to promote wellbeing.
Please note there is a £5 charge to the above prices if you would like the treatment in your own home and you live within 15 miles of Stow-on-the-Wold. The charge is £10 per home visit if you live further than 15 miles away.
50% of the treatment price is payable if a treatment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
